Position: Senior EU Project Writing Expert

We work with national and international partners to identify funding opportunities, build strategic partnerships and prepare competitive project proposals under EU-funded programmes.
As part of the expansion of our network of external experts, Consulvia is looking for a Senior EU Project Writing Expert to collaborate with us on the preparation and submission of European Union-funded project proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full preparation and development of EU project applications, from the initial
concept to the final submission. - Analyse EU funding programmes and identify relevant calls and funding opportunities.
- Develop project concepts, objectives, activities, work packages, deliverables and expected results.
- Prepare high-quality project proposals in line with EU programme requirements and
evaluation criteria. - Contribute to the development of project budgets and financial frameworks, in cooperation with relevant partners.
- Coordinate with international project partners and consortium members during the
proposal development process. - Ensure the consistency, quality and compliance of final application documentation.
- Support the identification of suitable partners and the development of international project consortia, when required.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience in writing and developing EU-funded project proposals.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully preparing and submitting applications under EU funding programmes.
- Strong knowledge of EU funding instruments and programmes, such as Interreg,
Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, and other EU programmes. - Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage the full proposal development process and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical, research, writing and project planning skills.
- Experience working with international partners and multicultural project teams
